Branding an international, cultural exchange and immersion programme designed for high school and university students from underserved, low-income households from ethnic minorities. 

Founded nearly a decade ago by Lawrence Lartey and John Glasgow (co-founder of Vault49), THE SWAP has collaborated with organisations such as The Obama Foundation, Jay-Z’s Sean Carter Foundation, and global brands like Nike, Jordan Brand, Chicago Bulls, Nestlé, and more. By partnering with THE SWAP, corporations can move beyond aspirational diversity statements to deliver meaningful, impactful action.
